I eat fries plain or put brown gravy on them. I like "thousand
island" dressing on salads.
If needed, I do take apple cider vinegar tablets for nutrient
purposes..

I still eschew sodas... the acidity depletes the body's calcium stores...

Not if you get enough calcium to overcome that problem. It's not that
difficult, really.

That's nice. It doesn't address the point I was making at all,
however.

The only reason to avoid drinking tap water is to avoid chlorine, and
you can easily get rid of that with a filter. Tap water is often
superior to bottled water (indeed, they are sometimes the same thing).

Until they bring back sugar it's not worth drinking.
For a while I could get Jolt cola around here, but the
stores kept it hidden and now they don't carry it at
all due to "lack of demand."
