I talked to Blau today; their kit includes water pump, front crank seal,
idler arm, even coolant! They also suggested inspecting the cylinders
for damage through the spark plug holes, but thought I had a pretty good
chance of being ok.

I'll sign off for now, but I'll let you guys know how this comes out.
