I'm looking for an admin to run my site that I dont have the time to
update.

Site: http://www.mitsumicdr.com (phpnuke & phpbb)
Visits: About 50 to 100 per day (This is with NO work on the site)
Google PR: 4

This site is #1 in Google and other engines for terms like "mitsumi
cdr" "mitsumi dvdr", "mitsumi firmware", so I feel it should have
potential to be have increased traffic driven to it.

So I'm really looking for someone who would like the challenge of
improving this site and would of course be given admin priviliges.
I can also offer 100% of Google adsense revenue for the first 6
months,
