Yes, that's what some recent studies tell us. Some of us have tried it and there have been mixed results. No harm in trying, though. Go for it! E |

Hi Betty If you do a groups search with google you'll find this comes up for regular discussion. In my own case I infuse cinnamon quills in my morning coffee. I haven't noticed a direct effect on BGs; but there has been an indirect effect as I don't need milk now. It tastes good, doesn't hurt, so I'll keep using it. Cheers, Alan, T2 d&e, Australia. I love Cinnamon! Eat when ever I can. My BG not changed yet, though!
