My Intrepid has trouble starting sometimes. For the past 6 months,
occasionally it will not start, will not even turn over, nothing. If you
just keep trying (turning the key, shifting from park to drive, etc)
eventually it starts. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 tries turning the key
before something happens. It has 51,000 miles on it, and has a 2.7L DOHC
engine in it.

Sounds like a bad starter. Have the starter tested soon before it leaves
you stranded.
