NOTE: Please CUT all URLs included in this post when replying -- privacy, ya know. ![]() Hola -- I used to post regularly here, and I decided to drop by for two reasons. First, to say hello! I hope everyone is well and enjoying their daycare kids. My son, Nicholas, is now 3 years old and a delightfully curious toddler. Although his language is a bit delayed, he loves music, computers, and trains. Here's a recent picture: http://www.mariwood.com/images/uploads/nick-bdaybob.gif My second reason for stopping by is purely selfish... I once wrote an article for the alt.childcare FAQ and I'm revising it for a local parenting publication. I was wondering if anyone would like to read it and, hopefully, offer some feedback from a parenting angle. I plan on incorporating an introduction and conclusion, but I'm limited to 800 words... and I'm already at 683! The article is available here: http://www.mariwood.com/pastlife/04/01/toddler_art.php There's a comment area for the article, so please feel free to leave your thoughts on my website! ![]() Happy New Year, everyone! Regards, Mariann K. |
