I have desktop duel speakers and an getting noise (like an open microphone).
I can still get noise when I unplug the connection (green) from back of
computer (by touching connector to anything on computer or some noise even
if I move connector between my fingers). I even get the background noise if
the computer is turned off. Since that would rule out a computer problem,
is it likely the 'green' connector cable or the speakers themselves. Sounds
like something is not grounded properly. I have had these speakers for a
long time and this noise just started. Thanks,
