Infertility

hi guyes,

i am suffering from right varicocele since 4months, i had orchities
before 4 month my right testes was become very large in size dr had
given me an antibiotics and it was get clear after one week, but after
then i did sonography of my scrotum there dr were found right
vericocele, i did my sperm count test it was 7.5mill and motility was
less then 40% abnormal form 70% and i m facing erctile dysfunction, i
want to increase my sperm count, give advise
