The problem is that we don't have an alternative, and the service has
certainly got a darn site worse this past couple of years.

But one of the boss's interviewed in the studio made the excuse that he
was a casual working in a student area and they were letters he
couldn't post! LOL

Isn't nice is it...one bloke got a letter from the Royal Mail telling him
they had found a bundle of his mail dumped in the street...he also lost a
CC in the post and a thousand quid was spent on it and he then didn't
receive the replacement that was sent out either...using Agency Workers
causes most of it...

But couldn't explain why he hadn't done it properly...they're supposed to
be put in special envelopes before being reposted...I think he even had a
go at the person who had filmed the casual worker, but Watchdog hid his
face when they showed it, so what he was going on about I have no idea...
