> Is it just me, or does anyone else think the front of the 407 looks like a > monkfish?!?! Errrr... First time I saw it, almost one year ago, I thought it was really a strange look. Then, when pictures became better and better, and until now, I just think it's an amazing choice, having made the air intake through the bumper, and a "flat" bonnet end (no front grille). I saw some yesterday on the motorway (on a truck), doesn't look that bad. Regards, G.T g.t6@worldonline.fr 205 Diesel & turbo-Diesel : http://205d.fr.st |

I remember when it came out, it's looks were widely criticised - but to me, it seems like the entire car industry has now caught up with that horrendous styling. Whats going on? |

Its called global styling and means all the manufacturers can sell the same cars globally - fortunately us europeans can cope with (Most) japanese cars, and vice versa. This is why the americans get to keep most of their own cars! I'm sure the grille and boot lid of the scorpio came from america (like the current transit van) and that is why it took some getting used to, although the peugeot has already had the scorpio to break the ice for it.
