I'd be surprised if there were extensive unbiased, expert testing along
those lines. There is a little info here;

but the anecdotal. You could probably read for days in the brake
threads of 3-4 Forums and still not have a good idea. As for prices? I
only briefly looked at that and don't recall. Some of those reviews
mention prices.
