Default Microsft Activesync 3.7.1 and XP

I have a compaq ipac 3875 which i connected via usb to my xp box. I needed
mor usb ports so i bought a Belkin 4 port usb hub. After connecting the hub
i am having nothing but problems using active sync with it continuisly
coming up with errors, not syncing correctly. I have noticed that in device
manager since i installed the hub that a new heading Windows CE USB Devics
with Compaq Ipaq USB Sync showing. I am sure this must have something to do
with it because it was never there before. Has anybody had the same
experience and can help me or atleast point me in the right direction.

TIA

That is a very common problem with the Belkin USB hubs. It happens with many
other devices also, not just ActiveSync. Most of the applications time out
as the Belkin is so slow to respond.
