I came with the plus edition of the Langa list. But I dont have the plus edition.

Tom, I only spent a little time looking but, I think it is malware. Do a
Google search and make your own decision. It looks like a "hijack" thing.

It is a legit newsletter and the plus edition requires an annual fee of
$12.00. Other than it being Doug's Security Console, I'd be rather
interested to see what Fred has found. )

Maybe, I'm a little over cautious but, Tom said,

Why did he get the offer?

That really put up the red flag to me. Even at that, $12 a year, does he
need it? From what I gather, the only difference between Home and Pro. is
networking and a few security issues. That was "kind'a" a question there.

Hi Jax,

He didn't get the offer if he had the XP Plus Edition, if that is what you
are thinking. Either way. Fred Langa has a newsletter, within that letter
the information was only available if you belonged to 'his' plus edition.

Hey JAX,

Naw, years ago I got the Langa Letter. He is legit. But, folks like you & I send stuff to him, and sometimes that stuff may not be
what it is offered. I think if we saw the actual article we would find that not ALL the XP Pro stuff can be added, just some
"features".

I just subscribed to the Plus edition, so I will find out! If you want I will keep a note to myself to email you directly (lets not
revive this thread a week from now!) with the highlights. I'm running Pro, but the wife is running Home so I may "smoke test" it on
her system! <VBEG>
