messages called messenger service keep poping on my screen whenever i connect to the internet ,im getting at least 1 of these messages every 30 second so i can`t do my work ,and i dont know how i can stop that

You can use a program called "Shoot the Messenger" to diable this
annoying Windows feature.

You need a firewall. Activate the XP one or install one of several free
ones available. To activate xp's, you can go through Control Panel/Network
connections/right c**** your connection/Advanced and check the box. There
are other ways to get there, just get to your connection icon and right
c**** it.
